Judith founded the company in 2005 after realising that her passion lies in adult Acquired Brain Injury which later evolved into children and adolescents and has led the SLT team ever since. She has also been involved with the local Headway Group for over 20 years and was Chairperson for over 7 years.

Lauren obtained her SLT degree from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2014. Since then, she has gained extensive experience with children, adolescents, and adults who have sustained an Acquired Brain Injury and who have a personal injury or medical negligence claim. She is able to provide communication and swallowing intervention and has a particular interest in Dysphagia rehabilitation. Lauren has knowledge of a range of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and has experience using a number of access methods, including the use of eye-gaze.

Honor obtained her SLT degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020. She currently provides Speech and Language Therapy treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with Acquired Brain Injury within specialist rehabilitation units and to those involved in personal injury claims. In this role, she undertakes ongoing assessment of communication and swallowing, identifying needs, and setting person-centred goals to promote independence. She treats clients with a range of communication difficulties including expressive and receptive language difficulties, motor speech problems, and cognitive communication disorder. This has led her to develop a particular interest in Mental Capacity. She has completed gold standard training regarding dysphagia in children of all ages and is currently setting up a Videoflouroscopy clinic at Spire Leeds for children.
